Nature of Services
The Operator provides guided social, entertainment, and commercial routing tours across designated locations in Bratislava (commonly referred to as a "Pub Crawl" or "Social Tour").
- • The Operator acts solely as an organizer and promotional guide service mapping the route, accompanying participants, and facilitating general entries.
- • Alcohol Sale Disclaimer: The Operator does *not* sell, distribute, or license physical alcoholic beverages. All beverages included or consumed during the crawl are distributed and served exclusively by independent, licensed partner establishments (bars, pubs, clubs) subject to Slovak commercial trading laws.
Age Restrictions & Conduct
1. Age Verification: Participation in any event is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and older. You are required to present a valid governmental photo ID (passport, national identity card, driving license) at the start of the event. Photocopies or digital photos of IDs will not be accepted.
2. Refusal of Entry: If you are unable to prove your age of majority with proper identification, you will be turned away immediately. In this scenario, no refund shall be processed under any circumstances.
3. Behavior Policy: The Operator reserves the right to expel any Participant from the tour, without right to a refund, if they behave aggressively, damage local property, express hate speech, display extreme signs of intoxication, or ignore direct safety instructions issued by the tour guide.
Bookings, Pricing & Checkout Gates
1. Pricing Options: Ticket pricing is published clearly on the website. By pre-booking your ticket online, you save €5.00 compared to the baseline ticket price charged at the meeting point on the night of the event.
2. Ticket Expiration Gate: Online ticket purchasing and registration windows for any designated event night close strictly at 8:00 PM (20:00) Central European Time on the night of that specific crawl. After 8:00 PM, tickets can only be purchased at the door, subject to maximum door capacity.
3. Ticket Delivery: Upon successful transaction validation, your unique ticket containing a digital QR Code will be instantly emailed to you. This email confirmation serves as your voucher and contains the Customer's Registered Name, Order Reference ID, and the exact Number of Tickets purchased. If you experience any technical issues displaying your QR code, our door staff can manually check you in using your registered name and order ID number.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
In accordance with Section 19 (1) (k) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the vendor undertakes to provide these services on a specific date or within a specific period.

Because slot availability is strictly limited and coordinates are locked in advance for logistics, no refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, change of plans, or late arrivals.
Liability & Safety Disclaimers
1. Safety and Responsibility: Every Participant acts voluntarily and is fully responsible for their own actions, physical health, and safety. The Operator is not liable for personal injury, illness, or property damage resulting from participation or alcohol overconsumption.
2. Personal Belongings: The Operator and its guides are in no way responsible for the security of your personal items (handbags, wallets, coats, mobile phones) during the course of the tour or within partner premises.
3. Transportation: Travel between venues is performed on foot. Participants must obey Slovak transit regulations, traffic light instructions, and municipal rules while navigating the public space.
Consumer Rights & Alternate Dispute Resolution
Slovak legislation guarantees consumers specific rights under Act No. 250/2007 Coll. if services are faulty or not delivered as described.
1. Complaints Handling: Complaints must be sent in writing to info@drunkenhero.es. The Operator will process and issue a formal resolution to your complaint within 30 business days.
2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you have the right to request a settlement procedure through the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI). You can submit a dispute online through their platform at www.soi.sk.
3. ODR Platform: European consumers may also submit disputes through the European Union Online Dispute Resolution portal at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
